Claiming that the Emperor will be out to visit, FU does not allow the hawkers to sell on the street. KWAI gathers the neighborhood to against it. MENG reveals to KEE that she is pregnant. WAI and FOOK take the chance to threaten him and make him put some underwear of a prostitute inside KWAI’s room. When KWAI is in trouble, he will not have time to fight against them.
