NGA accepts the transplant of liver and the surgery is very successful. KUE does not want to pretend as LIK’s wife anymore but owing to the threats of WAYE, so she makes a pledge with LIK. They agree to divorce after a year whether WEI is single or married.
NGA, SUNG and QUN celebrate for the mid-autumn festival and have fun together. However, NGA feels uncomfortable and is sent to the hospital again. She is died afterwards. Before her last breathe, she passes a wooden box to SUNG. The wooden box contains the legacy of NGA, her handwriting script and a five-dollar coin. In the script, NGA pleads SUNG to take care of QUN, if QUN heirs the illness from her family.
