Leap Years - Season 1 Episode 11

In 1993, Joe has a lot on his plate. Russ Adler has a couple of tidbits he wants Joe to tell Josh: first, that he's shutting down Josh's townhouse rehab project, and second, Beth has to sign a pre-nuptual agreement before she can marry Josh. Joe draws the line at the pre-nup, and tells Russ that he is going to have to talk to Josh himself. Russ concedes. Feeling good about his relationship with Russ Adler, Joe decides to take a major career risk and goes to Paul Fishelson, senior partner at the law firm, to leverage his relationship with Russ into a partnership at the firm. Fishelson tells him that he has to take such a proposal to the partners' council and will have to get back to him. In the midst of all this, Joe discovers Carlito drunk at the office.
