종우(임시완)는 우연히 만난 군대 후배인 창현과 함께 고시원에 도착한다. 고시원 안으로 들어가기 전 종우는 소정화(안은진)에게 연락하고, 소정화는 그런 종우를 구하기 위해 다급히 고시원으로 향한다. 더 이상 물러날 곳이 없는 종우는 서문조(이동욱)를 비롯한 고시원 사람들과 마지막 결전을 벌이게 되는데... 종우는 과연 그곳에서 살아나올 수 있을까?
