Four girls unknowingly experience the happiest days of their lives during an uneventful best-friend trip to Belgrade.

Riccardo, a southern man of solid principles and good feelings, decides to go and visit his daughter Aurora, who has been living in Barcelona for some time. There, however, a surprise awaits him: Aurora has married a woman. Indignant, Riccardo hastily returns to Italy, determined never to see her again. But perhaps destiny has decided otherwise.

Osvaldo is a normal family man who, however, hides a big secret: he is in fact dealing with illegal activities on whose trail, for some time now, there has been Lucio, a policeman whose life is destined to cross several times that of his "prey": the children of the two men, in fact, met and fell in love without knowing that their parents have been in indirect conflict for some time.
