Married couple Ryan and Sebastian are professional love and relationship therapists, and the stars of the hit television series 'Where Is The Love.' Unfortunately, their love didn't last and they have separated. However, in fear of losing their clients and damaging their reputations, they decide to keep their split a secret and operate as though they are a happily married couple.
Katie, a shy newspaper accountant submits a reply to a "Dear Viola" letter to the editor that she works for, anonymously. She has a real knack for writing to people and getting to the heart of the matter. Soon, she takes over the newspaper's advice column and falls in love with one of her correspondents. The whole town becomes involved in the romantics.
Jackie Turner is a straight-A college student, who was abused, abandoned and starved as a child. Although she has resolutely turned her life around, the holidays are still very painful for her. Moved and inspired, Jackie decides to throw a big Christmas party - with the last-minute help of her adviser, friends and support group - to find families for all those troubled folks who emailed her, and finds one for herself as well.
