A documentary that examines the issue of forced live organ harvesting from Chinese prisoners of conscience, and the response - or lack of it - around the world. It's happened before: governments killing their own citizens for their political or spiritual beliefs. But it’s never happened like this. It’s happened so often that the world doesn’t always pay attention.
It's 2020, a woman has been in lockdown at home for six months and she's beginning to go stir-crazy. She spots a young girl in a neighbour's backyard, but when she inquires with the neighbours about the girl, they don't know anything about her. As the story unravels, along with the main character's mind, the audience learns more about the girl and if she really is just a figment of the imagination.
