Tokyo Shock

In Southeast Asia, armed guerillas storm a party being hosted by a major Japanese trading company. They kidnap Eri Enomoto (Rika Uesugi), the director's daughter, and demand a huge ransom. But company infighting stalls plans to comply with the kidnappers, and Eri's father collapses from the strain. When Eri's childhood friend, Miki (Natsuki Katoh), learns of the kidnapping and the company's reluctance to save her friend, she decides to try and rescue Eri on her own.

When military experiments go haywire and trigger an atomic bomb, the consequences are of epic proportions. A monster arrives in the midst of the nuclear fallout, and Japan's defenses are helpless against it. Mankind's only savior is an irradiated water goblin from Japanese folklore called the "Death Kappa." The two rival monsters must go head-to-head in the ultimate battle between good and evil!

A mysterious stranger comes into a lawless town run by a kingpin and starts shooting up the place.

An idealistic young lawyer whose faith in the law is rocked when she is unable to prevent a rapist from walking free. Her disillusionment of the judicial system is complete when her next case goes disastrously wrong, her corrupt boss is killed by her disappointed gangster clients, and she only narrowly escapes the same fate when a gun-toting stranger bursts into the office and shoots the men dead.

Aki Fukase is a rookie detective looking to make a name for herself in the field of law enforcement. Unfortunately, her inexperience contributes to the death of her partner when a trap is set by Galhowk, an international terrorist group. Overcome with guilt, Aki is ordered to take some time off until she recovers from the ordeal. However, she's more determined than ever and decides to disobey those orders and sets out to track down Galhowk in order to clear her conscience and her name.
