An old Finnish athlete travels alone through eastern Europe with his van.

Unanswered calls to the bookholder and smirky Leida sets her off on a hunt for the book. An absurd adventure to prove her co-worker wrong begins and takes unusual turns until the very end.

Jakop has a chance get a thousand rubles if he agrees to make one small trip over the lake and back. Namely, the nephew has a fugitive in the car who thinks that he is on the north coast. But Jakop refuses the offer. However, he allows his nephew and the refugee to stay with him for the night. In the morning, however, the nephew leaves and leaves the speechless fugitive to Jakop's conscience. Jakop has to make a decision - whether he takes refugees across lake Peipus? In the whirlwind of events, memories come to life in Jakop's dreams about his brother and his suicide. Jakop begins to see similarities between the lost brother and the fugitive.

A young married housewife's dull routine is enlivened as she spies on the sexual escapades of her fencing instructor neighbour. She too is seduced by him, but the fear of losing her family results in hysteria and an unpredictable climax.

After his wife kicks him out of the house, an elderly, anti-social and quite conservative man Arvīds decides to reconnect with his grandson by staying with the boy and his mother. Not keen on their lifestyle, the old man tries hard to accept all the eccentricities of the young and liberal. Fortunately for him, a warm-hearted friend of Arvīds’ ex-daughter-in-law is always around to help and he seems to be a natural when it comes to children and other stubborn people. When Arvīds finds out that the young man is gay, he decides he has had enough. Often, life is not that much about finding your place, as about learning how to share that place with others. This short film is a light and playful experience, looking into the definition of “normal” that varies so strongly from generation to generation.

Simona and Tomas have been together for five years, but during that time the man has had several affairs. There is an immense chasm between them and the man is tired of explaining himself. Simona begins a journey to understand what a man feels, needs, experiences and considers important.

An ancient leg bone is found during archeological excavations. It's soon identified as an ancient whistle for performing old buddhist rituals. To learn more about the mysterious instrument, a young scientist flees to the countryside. Before long she discovers that the enchanting sound of the whistle starts to take a strange hold of her.
