The fifth chapter of the "Troublesome Night" series, this movie is an anthology of three connected stories. Taxi Driver Cheung runs into bad luck when he encounters strange and mysterious customers during his night shift. That same night, his friend and colleague Fat moves to a new home with his wife and son to hide from loan sharks, and his luck turns when he discovers his new home is haunted by a demon, who promises him sudden wealth. Years later, Fat's son is employed as a security officer at a business firm. There, he encounters paranormal activities during his night shift.

A-Gan is a mean and stingy but successful salesman. One day he has a car accident and meets his own conscious. His Conscious just gives him 7 days to live. A-Gan convinces it to let him live on if 7 people come and visit him. Disappointed by his colleagues' attitudes, A-Gan meets A-Tong, a girl who is as rude and mean as him. They finally change their bad personalities and A-Gan saves his own life by having 7 visitors.

Liu Ah Yee goes to the Bud household to worship the Buddha and to have her fortune told, but Mrs. Bud tells her it is not necessary. Ms. Liu is a compulsive gambler on the cruise ship Neptune, where Mrs. Bud's son, Pit, works, and he recognizes her. Pit has stretched the truth to his girlfriend, Moon Ah Say, about his job, so she thinks he's working in stocks, and she gets quite perturbed when he discovers that he is trying to help Ah Yee, who never wins, and whose grandmother, her only living relative, is dying. She returns to the Buds for help with her gambling, but Mrs. Bud gives her a egimen of alternatives to get her to stop gambling. Only after completing this regimen does Ms. Liu explain why gambling was so important to her.

White-collar salesman Yan (Sammo Hung) comes so close to dying in a traffic accident that the doctors prematurely pronounce him dead! When he awakens from his coma, he discovers that the doctors have transplanted his genitals to a young wealthy executive named Michael (Kenny Bee). After failing to win back his manhood, Yan realizes that Michael is as much a victim as he; and an unlikely friendship develops between the two men.

A group of prisoners were doing a variety of activities on the courtyard. Big Fool (William Ho) and Crazy Bill (Tommy Wong) were playing basketball where Bill kicks the ball towards Tung (Ben Wong), who kicks it away. Bill felt humiliated by it and stars a fight with Tung where Tung ends out hospitalized. During hospitalization, Tung thinks about the time when his family moved to another house and opened a food stall nearby. However, their stall was burnt by triad leader Sing (Bill Lung), who constantly bullies Tung's family and also raped Tung's girlfriend, Sau (Iris Wong). Unable to tolerate Sing's bullying, Tung kills Sing by chopping him to death, which leads Tung to being imprisoned.

Once Tung refuses to pay for his debt, he calls Chi Lung to beat the man of brother Wai. Wai wants to union with Fai to fight with Tung but Fai does not want any gang business. Wai ambushes Tung in order to assassinate him and tries to claim that is Fai's order. Wai wants to start a war between them, so he can be the last winner. Tung falls into Wai's trap.
