Astérix and Obélix have to win the Olympic Games in order to help their friend Alafolix marry Princess Irina. Brutus uses every trick in the book to have his own team win the game, and get rid of his father Julius Caesar in the process.

Julius Caesar plans on kidnapping Getafix but Asterix and Obelix save him. Whilst attempting to scatter the attackers, Obelix accidentally strikes Getafix with a menhir, the impact of which causes amnesia and forgets the recipe of the magic potion.

Latest entry in the live-action Asterix film franchise, confirmed to be in development on April 29, 2024 for an unknown release date.
