A young Haitian immigrant living in Santiago de Chile, will see his life balance shaken after a series of unexpected events that will fuel a deep racist reactions in his environment.

A young man returns to his hometown after it succumbed to a volcano eruption, during his staying he will meet two women with he will create a strong bond -almost like, a family.

Carmenza is a hard-working colombian woman. She lives in a slum in Antofagasta with her grandson Yorman. She works as a housemaid and tries to raise money for Yorman’s mother, who is ill in Colombia. Carmenza wants Yorman to return with her to their country so he can meet his mother, but he knows that the only option he has to get out of this environment is to stand out in football and be able to play in the local soccer club.

Due of the pregnancy of his sister-in-law, Seba loses interest in his adolescent life of parties and alcohol. Now he fantasizes about the opportunity to form the family he never had, the one that his older brother rejects.
