Richard, a sparrow adopted by a stork family, is wintering at the Great Lake in Northern Africa. When he realises that he won’t be the one to lead his flock back North, Richard decides to travel on his own and crosses paths with Samia and her sparrow flock, who are being held captive by evil marabous under the control of greedy peacock Zamano. The only chance of freedom for the sparrows is to solve a riddle and find the Great Jewel, which will call upon teamwork, trust and most of all- spork (sparrow + stork) skills.

During summer 1979, Ester moves to Alta in Northern Norway to begin teaching at an elementary school. Like many Sámi at the time, she is ashamed of her heritage and conceals her ethnicity. Ester goes to great lengths to fit in, even joining in with the derogatory jokes. When her cousin Mikkhal takes her to a camp by the Alta River, where people are demonstrating against the building of a dam, Ester learns how the fight for the river is also a revolt against the years of brutal racism and discrimination against her people. After a major confrontation with the police, Mikkhal and some other Sámi decide to go to Oslo to hunger strike in front of the Parliament. Knowing what is at stake, Ester realises it is time to make a stand…

Contemporary tale of young forbidden love, inspired by Norwegian folklore and medieval gore. Set in Norway during The Black Death, the film turns on the pious noble girl Astrid (18) who falls in love with the pagan outlaw Eilev (18), whose blood is believed to hold a cure for the deadly disease. When Eilev is captured, Astrid faces a devastating dilemma: lose him or become the monster she fears most - Pesta - the plague itself.

Kyra (9) and her sisters Margot (12) and Janna (5) return to their grandma’s farm for the summer. Kyra looks forward to spending lots of time with her older sister Margot, catching frogs and playing silly games in the mysterious woods, like they always do. But this year turns out to be different. Margot starts distancing herself from her younger sisters, and Kyra soon discovers why: mythical creatures of the mist, called ‘White Wenches’, are luring Margot into the woods to transform her into one of them; a young woman.
