The film reveals the whole truth about the most extreme sport, base jumping, where every 60th athlete dies, according to statistics, but the risk of losing life does not stop anyone and every year there are more and more people who want to do it.
The film tells a story about the latest musical revolution in recent history – the early days of the rave scene and the golden age of techno culture. International political changes in the mid-80s and early 90s, including the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union, in a short period of time allowed this cultural phenomenon to become a mass movement which was almost completely independent from the global corporations and which did not fight with the system but created its own system.
Between East and West, between bloody wars and blooming gardens, between nostalgic music of duduk and modern jazz, one of the most ancient cities is situated. The name of this is city is Yerevan. Surviving after all the difficulties of the 20th century, it lives to its own rhythm, style and music. Six musicians, including four-times Grammy Laureate Arto Tuncboyaciyan and world-wide famous “duduk-voice” Jivan Gasparyan, are the “genius loci” of Yerevan; they talk and sing about their city, discovering its hidden pain and beauty.
