אישה צעירה מגלה את ייעודה כיורשת של אצילות בין-גלקטית וצריכה להילחם כדי להגן על תושבי כדור הארץ מפני תעשייה עתיקה והרסנית.

בעתיד הרחוק השמש מתרחבת במידה כזו שהיא מאיימת לאכל את כדור הארץ. מספר גיבורים בני דורות שונים חוברים בניסיון לבנות מנוע עצום שיניע את כדור הארץ אל מחוץ למערכת השמש, בתקווה למצוא לו בית שמימי חדש. המשימה שלהם נתקלת בסכנה חדשה כאשר צדק נמצא במסלול התנגשות ישיר שיכלה את החיים על כדור הארץ.

סיפורו של אסטרונאוט אמריקאי המצטרף למשלחת סובייטית לכוכב צדק לחקור מה השתבש במשימת רכב החלל יו-אס-אס דיסקברי. על חברי המסע להתמודד עם לחצים מכדור הארץ המצוי על סף משבר ועם תגליות מפתיעות הנחשפות במהלך נסיון החילוץ.

צוות בינלאומי של שישה אסטרונאוטים נשלח למשימה הממומנת באופן פרטי, בעקבות תגלית המרמזת על אפשרות הימצאותם של חיים חד תאיים על אירופה - הירח הרביעי בגודלו של צדק. לאחר תקלה טכנית חמורה המובילה לאיבוד הקשר עם כדור בארץ ולמוות של אחד מאנשי הצוות, נאלצים השאר לחזור ולהתמקד במשימה, עד לגילוי מפעים מהרבה מזה שציפו לו.

מערבון קלאסי המתרחש בחלל. קצין ביטחון לא פופולרי נשלח למקום נידח בחלל, ומוצא שאת הקהילה המקומית פוקד גל התאבדויות, או רציחות מסתוריות. כמו ב"בצהרי היום", מוצא עצמו השריף בודד במערכה. אשתו זנחה אותו, ואיש מן התושבים אינו מוכן לעזור לו.

Jupiter Moon was a science fiction television series first broadcast by British Satellite Broadcasting's Galaxy Channel from 26 March 1990 until December the same year. 150 episodes were commissioned, but only the first 108 were broadcast by BSB. It was commissioned to fulfill the perceived need for a soap opera in BSB's line-up and, as such, it was shown three times a week, with an omnibus edition at weekends. The series was curtailed owing to the merger between BSB and Sky Television plc and the subsequent cessation of the Galaxy Channel, although the later episodes were eventually shown in the UK on the Sci Fi Channel between 22 January and 19 February 1996. The soap was screened on GBC TV ahead of its premiere on BSB's own Galaxy channel. The soap was seen in the British Overseas Territory every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 730pm, having taken the slot formerly occupied by Eastenders which had become too expensive for GBC TV.

This 2022 Taiwanese men's talent show, produced by Wildfire Entertainment, features 80 contestants, mostly from Taiwan, competing to form two 5-member male music groups. Hosted by Chen Jiahua, Zhou Tanghao, and others, the contestants are divided into eight planetary groups, each with its own style. The winning sub-group debuts as the champion group, while another popular group is chosen through audience voting.

Escape from Jupiter is a space adventure television series about a small group of children from a mining colony on Jupiter's moon, Io, who are forced to flee when a volcanic eruption destroys their world. With a few adult survivors, they seek shelter on the derelict space station KL5, floating above Io, convert it into a jerry-rigged spacecraft, and head off in a desperate attempt to reach Earth. They share many adventures and form close friendships on the dangerous journey. Escape from Jupiter concerned a small colony of humans on the moon of Io.
