Two friends, Vijaya (Sharada) and Vatsala (Sheela), who part ways when Vatsala’s father, a lawyer, causes Vijaya’s father, a businessman, to lose a case which leads to the man’s death.

Ravi takes over his father's business after his demise. However, when his elder brother, Dasan, learns that Ravi is involved in illegal activities, he tries to save their family business.
