A lonely rich tycoon and a struggling writer fall in love despite their different ethnicities.

The story of a high school student whose parents died, leaving her with no other relatives. In order to survive she has been working as a hostess in a cabaret, until the day she met her homeroom teacher there. She ended up losing her job and has no other alternative than to begin to live with her homeroom teacher. These two people exchange a promise and start living a secret life, leading to an odd lifestyle for both of them.

Miyuki is a timid florist, frustrated with her non-existent love life. While down on her luck she runs into an old classmate (and crush) of her's on the street. Things are going great when her younger sister, Haruka, who has taken away every guy that she's ever liked, begins to weasel her way between them. Can Miyuki overcome her obstacles and fight for the man she's loved since high school?

A group of young adults must take part in a game, a death game, in which they must fight for their lives or die.

Follows high school teacher Seiji Hasumi's background history and in the process depicts the horror inherent in daily life.
