In the wake of the social unrest caused by the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake, two female sumo athletes, Kiku and Tokachi, and an anarchist group called the Guillotine Society, spark an unlikely connection.

This avant-garde entertainment film depicts a group of young people today who are fascinated by the works of Keita Murayama (a Taisho era painter who died prematurely at the age of 22) and who revive Keita's works with their own unique interpretations.
