Evershine

After his retirement, Raghavan Nair (Thilakan) is back at his home. His long cherished dream to spend his retired life along with his family is thwarted after seeing his two sons brawling each other over their political differences.

Advocate Rajashekaran's life turns upside-down when he receives a package of some old pictures of him getting intimate with a dancer. Worried about his reputation, he tries to find the blackmailer.

The movie is an adaptation of the 1960 French play of the same name and is considered to be a cult comedy classic in Malayalam. It was also one of the first commercial successes of the Mohanlal-Mukesh-Priyadarashan team. Shyam (Mohanlal) is a struggling journalist who gets an opportunity to be the caretaker of a flat in the city. Even while engaged to his childhood sweetheart Sreekutty (Menaka); he uses his charms and resourcefulness to make three air-hostesses (Lissie, Ashwini, Madhuri) fall in love with him. With the help of his maid (Sukumari) and friend (Raju) he carefully manages their schedule in the flat so that none of his girlfriends meet each other. Life is good for Shyam, till his former colleague and friend Anil (Mukesh) comes to visit him.

A businessman (Prathapachandran) gets murdered by his driver. His daughter Rekha (Urvashi) is married to Vinod (Suresh Gopi) who is more interested in taking over the business than taking care of his wife. Rekha's erstwhile boyfriend Ajith (Jayaram) who's now in the army is more sympathetic to her, but Vinod gets suspicious about their relationship.

Itha Ivide Vare is a 1977 Indian Malayalam film, directed by IV Sasi and produced by Hari Pothan. The film stars Madhu, Sharada, Jayabharathi and MG Soman in lead roles.After the huge success of this film MG Soman achieved the Super Star status.This is the first commercial successful script of P.Padmarajan.

Aarambham is a 1982 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Joshiy and produced by Thiruppathi Chettiyar. The film had musical score by unusually using four music directors, namely Shyam, A. T. Ummer, KJ Joy and Shankar Ganesh, each of whom directed one song each. Aarambham was released in Onam festival along with Padayottam. Aarambham was the top grosser Malayalam movie in 1982 surpassing Padayottam. Aaramabham was later remade in Hindi by Joshiy himself in 1984 called Dharm Aur Qanoon with an ensemble cast and in Tamil too Ezhuthatha Sattangal. The Tamil version was directed by veteran director K Shankar with Sivaji Ganesan in lead role. Both movies became huge hits in respective markets.

Kalyana Krishnan (Mukesh) is part of an orthodox Brahmin family who still follow the caste system. He ends up marrying Nirmala (Annie), a Christian girl. To get the family's approval for the marriage, Nirmala masquerades as a Brahmin orphan. The film continues with the tricks & travails that they have to face owing to this.

Anoop loves Roopa D'Souza, and will do anything to marry her. But Roopa has some doubts about him. Eventually, he does manage to convince her that he is worthy of her love, and she consents.
