جاك رايان (كريس باين) عميلٌ سريٌ لدي الاستخبارات الأمريكية، يكتشف أن هناك مؤامرة تُحاك ضد وطنه من الجانب الروسي من خلال هجمةٍ إرهابيةٍ؛ المراد منها انهيار الاقتصاد الأمريكي وضرب أهم شوارع المال بأمريكا وهو (وول ستريت). في جوٍ مليءٍ بالحركة والإثارة يقرر جاك أخذ مهمة حماية بلده علي عاتقه حتي ولو كلفته حياته.
